Sandra Norman has started SuperNatural Communication Training to encourage individuals and organisations to become more successful by strengthen their art of communication.

Sandra was born in a wonderful city called Leipzig in Germany. She decided to go to the UK when she was 19 years old to improve her English skills. In the UK she fell in love with the English culture, the food and the amazing people she met, so she stayed in the UK for 8 years. Sandra also met her Dutch husband Jerry there and they lived together on the beautiful South Coast.  Sandra & Jerry now live in Amsterdam where they enjoy a new culture. Sandra is working full time for an international car navigation company where she developing individuals and teams to their full potential.

Sandra has started her passion for developing people in the Customer Service industry with the Hilton Hotel Group. During this time she completed a certificate in HR Management where due to her dedication and interest in personnel development she became Student of the year.
Sandra then moved to the Energy Utility Industry where she worked as Training & Development Advisor at EDF Energy. EDF Energy is one of the largest energy and gas providers in the UK. EDF Energy is part of EDF Group which has over 120,000 employees worldwide. There she consulted, coached and trained development pathways for directors, managers, teams and individual employees and achieved significant operational and sales improvements.

After having done this successfully for several years Sandra got promoted to Training Best Practice Consultant where she provided consultancy and guidance to Line of Business Managers on implementing Learning & Development Best Practice solutions across the organisation.
Sandra is a qualified Training Professional and certified to train Trainers new to the magical world of training. She is also a qualified Coach and is using the skills to encourage teams and individuals to use their strengths.

Sandra holds a deep interest in developing individuals to their best potential. What is distinctive about Sandra is her ability to raise personal talents and skills with creativity and fun. She is interested in Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques and is a qualified NLP Practitioner. NLP has inspired Sandra to start SuperNatural Communication to help individuals to achieve their amazing dreams through effective use of verbal and non-verbal Communication.
